Convert a website into Magneto with dual languages

Take existing site [login to view URL] and copy into Magmeto. Nothing unethical we are developing for Sims2Go Japan. Site must switch between Japanese (default) and English. No need to worry about Japanese content just make a duplicate of the English. We will replace the text by ourselves later. No need to enter phone numbers and exclude VIP phone number pages. No data for ecommerce except 2-3 samples only. All currency in JPY for both JP and EN pages. No image alterations except logo. Logo and all images and data from the existing site will be provided. Payment will be using Paypal and Bank Transfer. We will give you access to a test site already running in Magneto (different interface) so you can cut and paste anything you need. No need to develop anything new just tweeking things a bit. We may ask you how to edit the text after completion.
