Create an on line store, admin page, integrate with a printing company and my Paypal take payments

Need an online store for gym shirts. Admin page to add and control the website. Have payments taken by my paypal account. The most important thing is to integrate with "[login to view URL]" they will take the order, print on the shirts and ship out to customer. (If you ever integrated with them or have experience integrating with similar printing company its a great plus!) The page design is simple idea: -Banner on top -Images below (image, small description and price) -Click on the image to get more information on it, pick a size, quantity, option to "like" on facebook button. -Top right of page is where to logo will be -Below the Logo and to the right of banner is an options to chose from different categories such as: T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, hats, and other stuff. Another option to choose from guys and girls clothing. -A link (names "testimonies") to another page where people can logging and write things about their experience with our clothing) -all the small stuff such as: contact us, and about us -Option to subscribe by entering their email, and all emails to be listed in "subscribers" option on admin page. Please give me your budget and time. I would like this to be done in 15 days or under. Budget is $500-$1000 If EVERYTHING, including testing, is not completed in 15 days i will take off $100 per extra day from the budget price. This is to make sure you stick to your timing! Because i need this done. I will Put the whole amount into freelancer and release the whole amount only after the whole project is done, which is the site, admin page and integration with the printing company, and the testing of the site and ordering.
