Coupon script / Mod

I'm looking to add a coupon section to my classifieds site and need it to be an integral part of the site. right now you can post ads, events and images and would like to post coupons. It does not have a members area so that would be needed. In order to post ads, events, images or coupons you need to register as a member with email verification. Once you have registered you can log in and add, edit or delete your coupons. I need the ability to charge for the coupons based on the amount of time they will run. The site uses PayPal. The coupons will expire after 'x' amount of time. The fields that are required would be just like any other coupon site. The coupon will be echoed on the site just like a real coupon with a dashed line around the coupon. The user can click on the coupon and open it up full size and be able to print it out at 8.5" x 3.67 or 3 per sheet. The look and feel of the coupon should be flexible and can be controlled in the css file. The classifieds site is written in php and uses mysql database. I can provide you with access to a fresh site to work on with ftp access.
