article database download and uploading to server

Hey guys I have a client with an article directory website, and needs someone to manage articles by uploading them to the server. there are three links i have on file that is needed to download each one been around 100MB. after you download the articles from one server, you will upload it to my clients server via MYSQL and PHPMYADMIN also jobs for article writers currently vacant $1-$10 per Job. Commenters, Members, Seo Marketeters, Self Employed, Product Reviewers , if you are any of these you will be paid to write. all content must be in english the Uploading Job is simple and takes me under 2 hours to complete payment is based on per hour and all connections muct be minimum Broadband speed. I will pay a max $30 a Month for this kind of work.
