Customized Wordpress Theme

I want to build a website that will be a lounge for all pinoy android phone user,the site will allow user to connect each other using BuddyPress and BBPress, the website allow user to post specific Tutorials, Games and Apps on FRONT END not in Admin page and this is a POST type and not in the FORUM (bbpress), Before the user post, he/she will select if its for Tutorials,Games or Apps, then select Brand Name of the android phone, and the user will type for what specific unit. The website must have a FB Like Chat features. The theme must be PINOY in color, in logo and in avatar..
