I need a website that would promote adult-oriented text messaging services. It would be advertising the keyword and shortcode. The theme has to be adult with sexy girls and mobile phones. There will be tabs such as HOME, QAF, Terms and Conditions and Contact us. There will be a main page with a section where it will change, probably 1/4 of it which is designated for the tabs. If you click on QAF or Contact us, the information will appear in that designated area without having the main page background changing.
