Also: 1- How long will take you, fully tested Around 10 working days 2- How much will it cost 333 AUD 3- What technology you will use I was thinking of using PHP, AJAX, jQuery, MySQL 4- How you will allow for the customization written in the specs. It can take up to a month to become completely bug free and usable. I'll use HTML5/JS and be sure to not use any 3rd party libraries. I'll provide you with a few JS variable that you can change on the go and the chat module will react to them live.
