Car Parts Database Website

Hi, Iam looking for someone to design a website to display car parts which can be searched by make, model, part number or discription. This website will act as a hub for agents to upload parts therefore there needs to be an agent login so they can upload parts, pictures, discriptons, make, model, Price, etc When a customer searches the database and finds the part they require they then are given the agents details, address, phone number etc so they can purchase the required part directly from them. Ideally i would like a customers members area so they register online. Future developments will include intagrated shopping basket so customers can purchase online and order status appears in the customers member area. This is for a UK website.
