Convert a Template to a Website

ELD Token Protected file converted to txt An application required that will decompile Tradestation 9.5 token-protected .ELD files.  It needs to be able to see the codes contained in the files so that I can modify them.  The software can be written in any language, and it must run on Windows 7 & 8. The program can be extremely simple. All is needed is to select the file and to start the process. The output should be one or more plain text files which will display the text from each of the token files contained in the ELD. You need to provide me with the application .exe and installation file if necessary.
