I have designed a website in html which will provide the public with a list of businesses that have registered as service providers in different cities in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. The public will simply select their country, and then to select their state, and then to select their city. Doing so would bring up a page with a list of registered service providers in that nominated city. I need a database of country/state/city which also records the registered service providers in each location and I need the script to insert into the index page of my website.
