Create website from photoshop graphics

I am looking for someone who can take my photoshop graphics and create working websites out of them. You will be required to take the psd files, slice them, create the tables, and make all the pages. Also, you will be required to create a css file for the site. Basically, you will be taking my completed design and getting to the stage where I can drop in the information. All pages that you create will have to automatically expand as more content is added so that I can just plug and play with the html pages that you provide me. When I find the right candidate they will receive 1-2 of these jobs per week. I am looking for someone who is reliable, creates uncluttered pages that I can slot information into, and also a designer that wants a steady flow of work.
