Assistance with simple Microsoft Access database

Hello, I am working on a project which is a basically a kiosk computer which has a web page setup on WAMP with a feedback form which exports the data that is submitted in the form to .csv text file. My client has the different Microsoft Office programs setup on their network at their office and they would like to be able to take this .csv periodically from the kiosk computer (using a jump drive) and load it into an Access database. The reason for this is they would like different people on their network at work to be able to open and look at the Access database to see what kind of feedback users entered and then they can add their own comments and flag things. The problem I'm having is when I import the .csv file into a database that I create and then import the .csv file later with more information in it I am given the option to import it (which writes over the clients comments) or append (which creates duplicates). I need assistance from someone who is experience with the latest version of Microsoft Access and knows how to setup the best method to do this so we can simply import the most recent .csv from time-to-time and not have the client's comments removed. I am more of a designer than a developer but can work my way through most things with a bit of help. I am looking for some assistance for the figuring out the best method for this. This might be as simple as setting up a call / skype to discuss it and providing instructions via email if necessary. I can supply a .csv file which has the structure of the data that is being imported as well as the Access database if required. There is likely a simple solution for this.
