Design an RFP Response Template in Microsoft Word using our company style

We are seeking a Microsoft Word genius who can create the perfect RFP Response template. What we require is as follows: - Design an RFP template to match our company branding and colors that can be used for any RFP response in the future - It should be created in Microsoft Word docx (Word 2010+) - It should contain all the pertinent sections which can be easily filled in by a competent Microsoft Word user - It should contain some examples of certain custom response scenarios such as comparison table, pricing table, feature matrix. - It must reflect a strong presence of our company. You will be provided with logo's, colour charts and examples of other artwork - It must be highly professional and project a solid and stable image through a neat, smart layout with clean styling Once the template is created, we will provide you with the customer RFP to pre-populate for us - The RFP contains 8 sections, is 18 pages long and contains approximately 4500 words. - You will populate the entire template based on the RFP by creating all the required sections, inserting questions and ensuring compliance with the layout requirements specified in the RFP. - It should be completed to a stage so that our team members can work through and fill in the responses section of each section and it's underlying questions. Handover Items: - 1 x Generic RFP Response template in Microsoft Word Docx format - 1 x Pre-Prepared RFP response template based no teh customer RFP provided (RFP responses left blank for our team) This will be looking for Freelancers who can show clear experience with this type of template work and have good knowledge of what makes a strong RFP response. We preferably are looking for someone with a sense of design and style who understands not only good writing layout, but good design layout too and can find a balance between meeting the client's requirements and communicating our brand in a professional yet subtle way. You will also be required to sign our NDA before handover of the client RFP document can occur
