Convert PSD Into Full Working Wordpress Theme

This project is for 2 (two) Full Wordpress PSD --. XHTML Template conversion. This project has to be done within 2 days of this posting. I will choose the winner almost immediately. In my hand I have the PSD needed for conversion, it is a 3 column design, and requires only a few plugins to be integrated. The design is pretty simple and it needs to be done in valid XHTML and compliant CSS etc. In order to be considered for this job you need to show me the Wordpress themes you have coded in the past. This is not a one time project, I will need help in the future as well, so keep this in mind.
