A client has an existing website. I'd like to convert it to a wordpress site so he can maintain the content himself. It has a header, two columns, and a footer. There are a total of 15 pages, all static expect one which is a blog. The header has five links and one column is static for all the pages which contains 10 links.
Additionally the site needs to have a custom mobile view (which is not created).
Please give an estimate in the cost and time, and I will provide you with the link and then you can give a better estimate.
