Create Wordpress Filter Plugin

A fully dynamic Wordpress plugin need to be written from scratch. Every product in our website has some attributes (length, model, manufacturer, etc.) and when someone browses the categories of the products there has to be a filtering system where he could search/filter those attributes. I would like to emphasize that the filtering system has to be written in such way that will be dynamic from the admin menu so that the administrator will be able to add any future attributes as filtering options. The filtering system will support multiple search with filters. I need it fast! Thanks.
