Create Flash Site with Chat Room, Message Board and CMS

Create a flash website using an existing template. You will create a chat room, message board, page for 10 videos that users can vote for their favorite video, page for 10 mp3 files so that visitors can vote for their favorite song, additional text pages and a Content Management System. My client have done something that I never experienced before with my bids, he changed the specs and did so on the day the bid closed. He wishes to add a live web cam broadcast in the flash with a preview in the swirl at the bottom left of the home page, and add an additional flash page what has a larger version of the live webcam broadcast which is 24 hours. The client also wants to add some type of tv broadcast. At this point I don't know what will be codes to embed and what will be additional work. I hope to finalize these details within 1.5 days.
