Application Updater/Downloader/Installer

Hi, We are looking at getting an application developed that: Lists our programs (Thumb nail with name of image underneath) Keeps it self up to date. Allows the user to download them Allows user to install them Allows user to register 'serial key' against the software(we have activation code all ready) Application automatically does version checking and downloads applicable update for software. Base update code example >> [login to view URL] The Front end will need to have a 'service' associated with it for doing the 'updates' / 'file tasks'. Front end VB.NET/C# windows desktop app. Backend/Webservices ASP.NET(VB) / MYSQL Webservices will need to pass XML. Static XML should be used for initial design and then move to DYNAMIC(getting info from database as it progress's).
