Since I'm a doctor by profession, I'm quite familiar with pronunciations of medical terms as well. I can also modify the pace and clarity of the voice over to suit the video. However, as an mp3 file can not be attached in a bid prosopal you will have to either post this project as a contest instead or reach out to us freelancers. The other requirement of you is to pronounce medical term correctly, so I being a medical student will surely pronounce every term at its best.
