The main reason why I am applying the project simply to pursuit my idealism of doing business effectively by using the available resources efficiently.
By combining multiple factor such as internal control, customer, supplier/contractor performance, and other macro indicator will impact to the company/corporate financial statement.
Based on my past experience due to lack of sense of owning the company, each department only focusing on what were require from their own department. Marketing department usually focus on capturing new customer, Operation department focus on total quantity production, accounting focus on preparing financial statement, etc.
Therefore what I am trying to offer to you is a dedicated team player with the mindset to combine each available data such as number employee, average salaries paid, work hours spend on employe and resources, product output, marketing effectiveness, customer satisfaction.
To achieve the this decision of course I will need past financial statement for the last 2 years if possible including the internal management report and access from each related division, latest company code of conduct and standard operation procedures, the Company financial closing timeline.
