I have just formed an LLC that is taxed as an S Corp in Texas. It is a very simple two member LLC for use as an investment vehicle to syndicate capital for a real estate investment. 50-50 ownership. We each put $25k into the LLC. We then wrote a $50k check from the LLC to a real estate private equity group. We are the LP in one of their deals. We will not be getting distributions until the sale of the property. This is a very simple deal. I am looking for a CPA to help with all tax filings/ compliance filings.
