Hi, I tried to understand your architecture & got that you wish to secure the servers. If only the internal servers on the network need access to MySQL, then you might not even need a VPN :). We can do it with private IP addresses. In case you need it for end users, we will need to use VPN for security. I can help with this via OpenVPN. It's easy to setup. Feel free to get in touch :)
