Modify Existing Web Service written in PHP and mySQL (Experienced Workers)

Project Description: I seek an experienced programming with a strong knowledge of PHP and mySQL database to make modifications to an existing web service, which is used to power mobile devices. The web service written already powers Android devices running operating system 1.6 and higher. It has been designed to transmit simple text (JSON) to the device, which the device can in return send a response. Further, the web service comes complete with user registration, user log-in authentication, database tracking, main and subcategory creation through administrative control panel and more.
