taxi booking and dispatch solution mobile apps

Driver Mobile App - 1. There should be logged in / logged out functionality (all related information need to be send on server ) 2. Driver valid GPS location data and corresponding information like accelerometer,speed etc need to send on server in regular interval, frequency can be configurable. 3. If the Mobile phone is in blind area like No GPS or No GPRs, in that condition , need to store data locally in mobile phone and whenever it gets signal , need to transmit all stored data as well live data to the server. 4. Navigation Data always on Map page, by default map page display after logging in and on side and bottom bar all relevant information, buttons , text boxes can be placed. 5. On App there is always showing top 5 customers list who made request in near by pick up location with pick up time and the option like accepting booking or rejecting facilities should be there..(This functionality should not be display on hired vehicle driver) [login to view URL] can able to see accepted booking customer mobile number , pick up address and Customer current gps location. 7. If its possible there should be no other application run on mobile phone except mobile app and also having facility that driver can not off the GPS. 8. Notification banner display ,if any , feed from server side. 9. Driver Communication with server like confirmation on reaching @ customer location, Trip Start, Trip Stop, Booking Cancellation with reason. [login to view URL] Fare display on screen after trip stop. Trip distance and fare calculation through app and map. and same information need to transmit on server. Gray area: * If the trip is on and mobile got hanged due to any technical reason. * if mobile get hanged or shutdown while accepting booking. How to manage all above functionality. Customer APP: 1. Initially Customer need to have Sign up option (mandatory phone number, area name, email id) 2. Customer Booking Form, (Selection of Pick up location , Destination , pick up time), (Booking Time constraint configurable like 20 mins. prior.) 3. While making booking, Customer have facility to see available max 5 free taxis around pickup location( facility for time slot between 20 - 40 mins , it can be configurable) either on map or with detail driver location name, vehicle type and make. 4. Customer should have option to pick any near by vehicle while making booking, Server feeds require for this purpose. 4. After Booking, Customer GPS location Data keep transmit on Booked vehicle Driver mobile app and to the server on specific intervals like every 5 mins or 2 mins, it can be configurable. 5. Once Trip is completed , no background service run on client mobile like GPS data transmission and any mobile data transmission to server through customer mobile phone. 6. After booking Driver details need to display on mobile as well through sms. 7. Fare details should be visible on app in regular intervals as well after trip stop. 8. Customer have facility to track on map of corresponding booking id after trip start as well customer can share the links to any of their known person to track journey remotely. 9. Customer have facility to query trip fare on map while booking as well suppose to see route on map. 10. Customer should have facility to cancel booking prior to 10 mins (can be configurable) with specific reason. Also have facility on app for not showing available vehicle in next time, if the customer having bad track record of rejection after booking.
