Enhancement to my angular project.

I need someone with Angular, Angular Material and CSS skills to continue building a responsive and modern front end for my RESTful API Services. I am requesting someone who has good knowledge of the UI best practices and strong design experience. The initial scope of the website is already built in angular 8 and using angular material. I am hiring per project but I cannot exclude I can hire per hour in the near future once the project will go live. So the idea is to find an angular expert with the knowledge of angular material and CSS able to provide modern and sustainable solution and willing to maintain professional relation in the future development of the project. The RESTful API on the back end is built in Java and hosted on Cloud. The service is used to produce complex mathematical calculations (alerts) on stock prices, indicators and market indexes in order to generate trading signals (notifications). The website is composed by 5 pages: Home, Legal Term, Privacy Policy, Alert List and Aler Builder. The website main blocks are built the next activity will be to apply enhancements and it is the following in an abstract: 1. Global enhancement: error handling and login redirection. 3. Alert builder page: add drag and drop cards. Extend indicator popup capability. Add controls when a button is clicked. 2. Alert list page: adding pagination and refresh on the entire page as well as the single expandable item. 4. Bug Fixing activity (currently having 2 bugs to fix). I provide workflows and the XD files to the candidate to tune the expectations and his/her estimation. I am also using [login to view URL] to communicate specification requirements.
