Ionic 5 (Angular) / Cordova troubleshoot and support

Hi All, I am looking for a savvy Ionic 5, Angular, and Cordova programmer to troubleshoot my development environment. The main goal is to get my dev environment up and running. I am basically encountering issues to deploy my initial application app skeleton to my device and emulator using 'ionic cordova run android'; the app opens (shows blank screen) and crashes immediately after. I also intend to create small projects here to have this person as my technical support source throughout my development and assign small bits and punctual parts of the project to her/him.
