mySql+.netCore+Angular8

I am looking for a developer who has a great knowledge of .net Core, mySql and Angular8. the project will be pretty much basic. set up a framework that runs on ubuntu that has a mySql database that uses a RestAPI developed in .netCore and deployed on the same ubuntu server, host on nginix reverse proxy, and a angular 8 frontend deploy on ubuntu and hosted by nginix reverse proxy. the app will be a simple login logout profile app. the app has 3 type of users: 1, A super admin, He can create groups and group admin users. he can delete groups and group admin user. 2 A group admin user. he can create roles in the group and user. he can assign role to user, he can delete role and user. 3. A user. he can log in log out, see his role and request to be added to a role. this project is start from scratch. the code has to be well structured and object oriented. it has to be easy to scale.
