Landscape of an Arena above a small city for 2-D Animation (i.e. Parallax Scrolling)

This work will involve creating a colorful plush green landscape with a Heart-shaped arena in the distance for a 2-D Animation outlined in the rough sketch contained in the PSD file included with this project (see "[login to view URL]"). Different planes (containing near, middle, and far sections of the landscape) will need to be created on different layers of the PSD to make parallax animation possible. Example of parallax animation [login to view URL] Each layer (i.e. each plane of the landscape) of the PSD included is described below. Layer #1 - Nearest plane contains a cliff with various rocks and patches of tall grass Layer #2 - Tree tops and other dense foliage Layer #3 - A heart shaped Arena stand atop of a rocky plateau Layer #4 - A small city lies behind the Arena Layer #5 - Mountains on the horizon Layer #6 - Sky All layers in PSD should be Width X Length = 3000 px X 3700 px Requesting a less than 2-week turn around.
