1 x 2 Tipping system

1 x 2 tipping system for a website. Admin: Create tipping forms Select in calender active from date/clock to date/clock. Abillity to create multiple forms. And then website by date/clock shows the right one. Only possible to tip when active. And only shown when active. Visitors: See a form: Clubs vs Club 1 x 2 1. text radio radio radio 2. text radio radio radio 3. text radio radio radio Navn [ ] E-mail [ ] [Submit] There is not a fixed amount of clubs, there could be a bottom "add new line". There will max be 20 lines, therfore it is also possible to have a form with 20 input fields. But I would prefer "Add new line" buttom. Empty fields not shown on page. Never 2 tipping forms active at the same time. All submitted tips saved in mysql table. After the clubs have played, the admin goes in and submits the correct 1 x 2 results. And get a list of all tippers. In most correct results first order. Have the abillity to show created tipping forms. Edit in not finished forms.
