Job Management System in .NET with source code, Experienced individual prefer+ed

Very experienced programmer required, preferably individual to assist the freshers at our place Payment will be made via escrow on GAF, this will be done in parts. We are looking to add Recruitment module to a company's website to post of jobs to attract candidates. Also, recruitment work flow process like candidate application, shortlist, closure etc.... Code must be designed to a professional standard, (e.g. data validation etc) as if it were a serious project. Most importantly it must be very, very well documented. In fact, commenting of code must be done in great detail i.e. 'over the top'. We need support of the Software for 1 year You will have to code with asp.net 2.0 VB, and ms sql 2005. Stored procedures are a must, they must be used as far as possible. proper commenting within the code is essential. Full source code needed and you have to explain the software coding or may be train our freshers.
