Transcribe 145 minutes of audio files (MP3) into Word documents (6 audio files)

I have 6 audio files (totalling 145 minutes) that I need transcribed.  We want a 7-day turnaround from commencement of the job. They are all in Australian English. Check the attached files as you need to be able to parse the accent. The audio files have two people in them, an interviewer and interviewee, at times they may be some background noise. You will need to label them as person A and person B in the transcription. Hence you will need to be able to tell the difference in the voices. No need to transcribe non-voice sounds (such as background noise). Each audio file should get its own word document. Attached is an audio file labelled SAMPLE, and a word document labelled SAMPLE. These are pre-done and NOT part of the job, but are here to illustrate format required. Please check the format prior to bidding. R20 [login to view URL] 6. R20_2 [login to view URL] Any inaudible moments please label as (INAUDIBLE 3:52), including the brackets and the time stamp from where the inaudible component begins. This will allow for later follow up. IMPORTANT Using default MS word layout for the pages (Arial 12pt, single spaced) we are setting a criteria of no more than 5 errors per page of text. Three pages of text will be randomly selected after you have submitted the job, and checked for errors. If there are more than the set number of errors the job will require you to revise before payment. We will show you the pages and the errors though as evidence, so we won’t be wasting your time. After you resubmit, a NEW three pages will be selected and checked for errors. This process will continue until the error criteria is met. No payment will be made until this criteria is met. We define an error as any incorrectly transcribed words, mis-spelling of a word, mis-attribution of audio to Person A or B, and any incorrect word order. Each incidence of these is counted as an error. If you are unsure of the spelling of any proper nouns (such as the names of brands), please make a guess (and be consistent with that guess) but ALSO label that as inaudible using the format above. That guess for proper nouns, if formatted as stated here, is not an error. NO PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE - You must submit the complete job for payment. If you 'run out of time' or cannot complete for any reason (outside of Freelancer breaking or something) then there will be no partial payment for the work you did do.  We do this as sometimes people stop and start tasks and this extends our timelines in our projects unpredictably.
