Hello. From your description of your requirements, I believe you would need a metallic framework to act as a buttress for the brickwork you are planning. Using metallic framework would leave a pocket of empty space between the new brick face and the interior walls that could serve as thermal insulation. You could then rebuild the interior walls with a waterproof material to prevent moisture seepage due to the temperature difference. Let's talk more.
