looking for an photoshop expert for 5 banners

Hi Looking for the extremely good Photoshop expert for the designing of the banners. I need the person who has extensively worked on Photoshop and is very good in mapping colors in images An example is attached .....The image must be fused to the banner(You can see the way it is done) with the white background & the slogan(We will supply) on LHS . I would supply 5 regular photos(Taken from the camera or elsewhere) to the [login to view URL] needs to Photoshop the same like the attached banner with the rocking color formation & supply it to me. Please don't bid if you just know Photoshop(having little experience) since i want the sample if you have done anything like this & if you did not have that exposure then you need to make me such sample , so its better not to waste each other time. I would pay 6$ for each banner hence please do not bid more than 30$ for this. Regards
