Add cities to a list of coutries in WP classipress

I need someone to add all the cities to a list of countries in the world in a WP classipress site. Im using the Dynamic Multi-Level Fields Plugin which includes a list of all Countries and I need adding the cities to each country. To do it manually the plugin shows the Field Parent (country) and it needs manually add the Cities as Field Values (comma separated)
