Need a Magento 2 developer

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. Need to build a multi website in Magento 2. This is a service based website/ portal where service provider/author can make his/her profile on a single registration process. Author can share the blogs and his available programs (example yoga teacher/ priest). They can share his timetable [login to view URL] can share his products or services with price. User(customer) can follow the favourite authors and read their blogs and contact for his services. Initially in first phase we can not provide the payment gateway services but user can track his order after author/service provider confirmation.
