This is an Architectural job. This has nothing to do with website design. I need a engineered concrete foundation plan for a sunroom addition. I can draw a Autocad plan view with dimensions myself. That is not what I need. I need an Architect/engineer/designer who can qualify the structural aspect of this foundation. The foundation plan must follow IRC building codes. Plus it must be drawn to follow the State of Texas Windstorm requirements. This is to be built in coastal Texas so I must be able to get this drawing stamped for building by a windstorm PE in the State of Texas. Therefore, I would prefer an American architect or designer, but will consider others if they can indicate good English and complete understanding of the task. To be drawn in AutoCAD.
