Hello all, Hello, We need an Architectural Design for our 1000 meter square site(image attached) in addition to your professional inputs, we need the following points fulfilled ... 1. We need twin buildings 2B+G+13 apartments [login to view URL] first ground plus three will have small shops each 12meter square a total of minimum 140 shops the more the [login to view URL] first ground plus three of the twin building should be connected from inside as if they are one building) [login to view URL] fourth floor to the end Each floor should be consist of minimum 7(seven) apartments with a minimum of 120 meter square for each apartment total of 70 apartments from both buildings. 4. The first ground plus three will have small shops each 12meter square a total of minimum 140 shops the more the better. [login to view URL] apartment should have at least one master bed room with attached toilet ,three additional bedrooms ,one additional toilet, a kitchen, living and dining room .. The apartments inside should have a villa like arrangement (all the rooms are not suppose to be accessed from the living & dining room they should be accessed from a corridor ) [login to view URL] exterior part of the buildings should be very beautifully designed [login to view URL] lifts for each building and one inside lift for the shopping part(G+3) [login to view URL] additional concepts and services in the building from your point of view will be greatly appreciated..
