Architect to draw HOA drawings for shade pavilion

I need a drawing done of a shade pavillion (see attached as a starter design). Posts would at 18' x 18' with a 2' overhang roof (footprint 20'x20'). I've attached a picture of the house to match roof shingles and paint. Underside of roof will be beadboard finish with several recessed can lights and a ceiling fan (or two). On the columns, I would like to have 3' from the ground in brick to match the house. The gables will face east/west on our property. On the West side, we'd like to have a wall across the back for shade/privacy. We'd also like to have a shower stall in the back (something simple like white one attached). Please let me know an idea of cost to draw this up. Thank you.
