Advice on client engagment and potential issue

Hi, My name is Jessie and I am a business consultant in Melbourne. I currently run my own consultancy as I am raising a small child, but prior to this I held several senior management roles with Bupa Health Insurance. I ran a 150 seat call centre - managing all of the people issues, HR issues and stakeholders, prior to this I ran the National Quality team where I was responsible for a national team of coaches and project managed international projects. I am in my final semester of a Bachelor of Business Studies with a double major in management and marketing - so between that and my work experience I have a fairly well rounded understanding of workplace laws.
