Create a new development language for WEB DEVELOPMENT

I want that someone create a new language and also an compiler for the same! - Think on Dreamweaver, he codes HTML, PHP, MySQL, ASP, ASP.NET, Javascript, Coldfusion, Ajax, CSS, and probly some more. I want that program be similar to dreamweaver, imagine: I am gona code "blabla = html" but better graphic for web, easier to code..etc etc. Surprise me! It need to be for web sites development...If you have any idea or detail for this. I am open to see and start with this project. You just gonna tell me the idea after I see if your bid is to high for me or not. for companies and individuals, have a new style of web site, and also greater efficiency and safety. You must be basically: 1. Easy to code, 2. That has a new style 3. What is unique 4.
