c++ voip coder to implement Tone Detection for open source ip pbx(repost)

Extend the tone detection module for open source windows based Y#a#t#e 2.0 (remove "#"s to read correctly) to make it working to identify answering machine, fax, busy and human tone. This IP PBX is very similar to Asterisk but a lot simpler and modular. the module needs to be reasonably accurate more than 80% for answering machines, fax, human and busy tones. My preferred language of coding would be c# but c++ is OK too. It could be external module to this IP PBX and needs to allow interactivity with 3rd party c# applications. The project is really simple and few hours task for somebody who knows what he/she is doing. This is just beginning of a really long term relationship.
