MT4 Alert Needed for Volume Indicator

Hello I am needing an indicator alert/ signal created for the following conditions. I also have a video showing this, that I can send for better explanation, if that helps :-). (video in english) Sample Picture Attached 1.) Volume indicator line must be longer then the first previous 3 lines on the reversal candle. example 1:downtrend, bear candles - then appear a bull candle with Volume line longer then the previous 3 candle volume lines. example 2: uptrend, bull candles - then appear a bear candle with Volume line longer then the previous 3 candle volume lines 2.) Must have Bollinger Band Alert (indicator I will include) present within the last 3 candles 3.) RSI must be at 10 or less or 90 or more within the last 4 candles *** Signal/ alert must appear immediately when these conditions have been met.*** **no repaint** **sound once** **arrow in direction of new trend** Sound needed option to turn on & off, MT4 notification message Completion time preferably within 1-2 days.
