I need this program within 20 week days from the day I elect you and I won't pay if I get it a single day later or if it is not working. If I see that the the program works in principle and you need to fix / correct it a little bit, I could give you three days more for that. Thanks!

Dear Sir,
We are a small R & D company, based in Bulgaria, Europe.
We specialize in developing Embed systems based ST(STM32),Microchip (Atmel – AVR,ARM) and TI (MSP430) MCPUs and peripheries.
For our mobile projects use nRF51/52xxx and CC2540/41 BLEs.
We realize projects with requirements similar to yours Attiny and Atmel Studio 7.
Note:
We based in Europe,Bulgaria - not customs problems and taxes for delivery models and samples for testing and build prototypes.

Hi, I had done many projects in AVR Atmega series both in C and ASM language , Recently i had done a PID Position Controller using atmega328 , I can write even in Assembly to Get Precise timing and efficient code or winAVR as you said
there is no Serial or Keypad interface to set parameters I believe it'll be programmed during flashing the controller
I suggest
- timer 0 and external interrupt to detect and measure RPM
- timer 1 with maximum prescalar setting OCR1A interrupt to measure T1,T2,Pmax and OCR1B pin to blink Led depending upon the mode
note : timer may generate an error of 10uS due overhead or prescalar setting
Hello, how are you? I hope you have a bright day/evening from your side. I have read the details provided, but please contact me so that we can discuss more on the project. how are you, sir? I am a professional developer who has rich experience in this field. If you contact me, you and i will all be happy. Thank you for your reply in advance.
ProjectName:Create a small Atmel AVR micro controller program

Hello, I'm interested in this project, I read your description and I'll need one day to transform your flowchart (which looks OK by the way) into C code, I use Atmel Studio Ide and avr gcc compiler regularly in my projects so that part won't be a problem, also I'll need few days(maybe more) to debug code because pin change interrupts always cause a problems and it's not quite easy to handle them so it is important that you frequently test codes which I provide. If you are interested contact me, we can discus further details on chat. Best regards.
I'm a hard work guy which is really bored and who likes embedded systems and feel safe to programming on Atmel Studio. I really enjoy programming and this project seems really interesting and enjoyable to do so. Looking the pdf file, which is very itemized, I saw that I'm able to do the job as I have already done a similar one using motors with a rpm sensor.
Hi, I am electrical engineer with lot of experience in electronics and programming. I am using EagleCAD software for schematic and PCB design, ISIS Proteus for simulations. I will do the software and simulate in Proteus. The software will be well commented so it can be easily understand. Fill free to ask anything you need. Best regards, Živadin
