insert image in my editor needs C++ expert

Needs highly qualified C++ programmer the project should be done only by C++. And needs good knowledge of CEF_Chromium and some gui. User interface should be too simple because the user has no computing back ground. Your work should be object oriented write your classes in your files and call them from my editor code. I have no gui design nor I can give one you can follow openoffice design. The main file in my editor does not have .h file create one. You should only invoke insert image from my editor code and should invoke your code. My editor was written using C++ , Ultimate++ ([login to view URL]), and CEF ([login to view URL]). My editor uses a limited font-size it has to be (1..999). Font-Face has to be system font face. It save files as .html and .qtf opening saved files should preserve the image(s).
