I have my code but that is taking RTP stream with H264 and muxing it to TS files, but I have some difficulties. Can provide my sample code to fix it or make new. Task #1: C/C++ program that will pack RTP Stream containing H264 Video + Audio to TS container. Task #2: C/C++ program that will take RTP Stream containing H264 Video + Audio (mp2, g711) and convert Audio in it to AAC, then pack it to TS container. Video is copied, only convert Audio. (I can provide FFmpeg sample for converting audio)

TS mux can be done easily using gstreamer. I have 5 year of experience in gstreamer and also completed a project in freelance (muxing HLS stream to RTMP ) I will be working on weekends only.
