Create sharepoint site

Hi, Since this is my first bid after a long hiatus on freelancing, just to briefly introduce myself: I am a full time SharePoint architect with over 8 years of design and development experience. Understand that this is a new on-premise farm installation. I suggest that this be deployed in standardized and repeatable way through AutoSPInstall. I have assumed this is a single server farm install, however multi server install is also not an issue.
