ASP.net core MVC system

SECTION 2: ASP.NET CORE MVC (70 MARKS) Each team will need to develop a custom ASP.net core MVC system that is used to demonstrate and explain the concepts below. Written explanations need to be provided in the document and should include either references to the developed system or screen shots of the system. The system will be opened and examined at the same time that the document is marked. Marks will be deducted when written explanations in the document do not correspond with the developed system. The written explanations should be referenced appropriately. Concepts This section should explain and demonstrate the functionality associated with the following concepts: • Models o Creating and using model objects o Data annotations • Controllers o URL and routing o CRUD functionality • Views o Passing data to and from a View o ASP.net tag helpers • Responsibilities of the DB context object • Entity Framework Core, the code first approach to development, and using migrations • Two (2) topics selected from the list below (each bullet point is one topic): o Search functionality o Paging functionality o View models o “_SharedLayout”, “_ViewStart” and “_ViewImports” o [login to view URL] and Dependency Injection o Seeding the database o Navigation properties and Eager, Explicit, and Lazy Loading o ASP.net core MVC Authentication Services
