Attached is an Excel spreadsheet. I need page 1 one done as a web form in C# ASP.NET using Bootstrap. You only need to do columns A to E, the description is not needed. I will post a sample of what the code should look like (you can use it as a starting point if you like). I need this to be inexpensive and done as soon as possible.
