digital planning board

I need a simple software that replaces the old planning board. You must be able to plan at least 14 days in advance (preferably 1 month) and with up to 20 people each day. You must be able to see information about: the customer (name, address and telephone number) What the customer wants to do, a project status (3 letters), estimated time to complete the job. It should also be easy to move these work cards between different days and different times in order to complete planning. There may be up to 10 jobs / person / day. Imagine that the software should fit a workshop with 20 mechanics and you should be able to plan all work orders for all mechanics for up to 1 month.
