Review App

We currently use an app which produces a 33 page report. The document is too large when you consider we manage over 500 properties. The app does has specific marketability to it when configured correctly. It cuts the inspection time down considerably. It does have a WHS section and even asbestos I think for memory. I am looking for someone to review the attached document which is produced from the app by one of our team inspecting a building. I want some ideas on how the app can perhaps produce the same information in a smaller document if that makes sense.
